Tahini is a creamy and tasty paste full of healthy fats. Today you will learn how to make  three easy tahini dressings.

Tahini is an oily paste made from ground sesame seeds. It is considered a condiment in many regions of the world.Primarily in the Middle Eastern countries of the Levant region. Sesame seeds contain about 25–35% protein and at least 55% oil, predominantly unsaturated fat from protein, as well as at least 55% oil, predominantly unsaturated fat from oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and arachidic acid. This healthy fat prevents hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, cancer, and aging. It also manages oxidative stress associated diseases like atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, obesity, chronic renal failure, rheumatoid arthritis, and neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease (Labban y Sumainah, 2021).
