

Vegan noodles with spirulina pesto
You will love it.
Ingredients:
β’ 270 gr of noodles
β’ 2 tablespoons of spirulina powder
β’ 3 handfuls of fresh basil
β’ Β½ cup nutritional yeast
β’ juice of 1 lemon
β’ 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
extra
β’ 1 clove of minced garlic
β’ Sea salt and black pepper
Procedure.
β’ Place the garlic and basil in a kitchen bowl with the olive oil and mix. You can also use a normal mincer of a lifetime.
β’ Add lemon juice, nutritional yeast and spirulina powder.
β’ Season.
β’ Add more olive oil to reach the pesto consistency you like. Booking.
β’ Prepare the noodles in a case with boiling water and salt. Follow package directions.
β’ Mix with the spirulina pesto and... Presto! to the table to enjoy.
