Vegan noodles with spirulina pesto

You will love it.


Ingredients:
• 270 gr of noodles
• 2 tablespoons of spirulina powder
• 3 handfuls of fresh basil
• ½ cup nutritional yeast
• juice of 1 lemon
• 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
extra
• 1 clove of minced garlic
• Sea salt and black pepper


Procedure.
• Place the garlic and basil in a kitchen bowl with the olive oil and mix. You can also use a normal mincer of a lifetime.
• Add lemon juice, nutritional yeast and spirulina powder.
• Season.
• Add more olive oil to reach the pesto consistency you like. Booking.
• Prepare the noodles in a case with boiling water and salt. Follow package directions.
