That girl matcha
Matcha is perfect for you if you are in "that girl era," taking care of your inner and outer selves.
Matha green tea improves athletic performance by increasing maximum repetitions. Additionally, it prevents oxidative stress after training. It also tastes delicious.

For the iced matcha latte, you need:
- 1 cup of milk of your preference. It tastes better with coconut or soy milk.
- ¼ cup of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea from Yogi Super Foods
- 1 teaspoon of organic agave from Yogi Super Foods
- Many ice cubes
How to prepare it:
- Mix the warm water with the matcha without using metal utensils.
- Add all the ingredients to a glass with ice.
- Tag @yogi_super_foods in your that girl matcha.
As is, you can improve your health and exercise performance while enjoying a delicious cold drink.
