Matcha and Peach Chia Seed Pudding

This is a fresh and delicious chia seed pudding recipe everyone will love.



  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 250 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
  • 2 pitted ripe peaches, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 75 g of fresh blueberries for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts for garnish



  1. Put the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and mix together
  2. In another bowl, stir the matcha and sweetener until evenly combined
  3. Add the matcha and sweetener to the chia seeds and whisk until blended
  4. Add the chopped peaches
  5. Chill in the fridge overnight or until all the liquid is absorbed and the mixture has acquired a gelatinous texture
  6. Separate the chia seed pudding into individual jars and top with a tablespoon of yogurt, the blueberries, and chopped nuts
