Gluten Free Oatmeal Banana Bread Recipe

Everyone loves banana bread! He’s an easy gluten-free version everyone can enjoy.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oat flour (gluten free)
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Mash the bananas and ghee together in another  bowl until smooth
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well blended
  5. Grease a loaf pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  7. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
