Gluten Free Oatmeal Banana Bread Recipe
Everyone loves banana bread! He’s an easy gluten-free version everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oat flour (gluten free)
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Mash the bananas and ghee together in another bowl until smooth
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well blended
- Grease a loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Cook for approximately 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
