If you consume tea prepared in a French press, flavors are perceived with greater intensity, and all the benefits of the tea are obtained.

The reason why is because the tea is in direct contact with drinking water or milk, and the French press does not absorb flavor or essential oils like paper filters or bagged tea do. Of note, the French press maintains the temperature of the tea during the brew cycle.
If you want to start using the French press, here's how:
- Choose the tea you want to consume.
- Lift the cover along with the filter.
- Place the necessary amount of tea for the number of cups you wish to prepare.
- Add water, milk, or hot vegetable drink and, without lowering the filter, let stand for approximately 5 minutes.
- Slide out the filter using the plunger and serve your delicious tea.
