Cream of Carrot Soup Recipe
This is an easy and delicious recipe to share with your family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 4 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 1/4 onion
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1 cup of water
- Himalayan salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the vegetables.
- Heat the ghee in a large pot.
- Add the vegetables and sauté on high heat until they start to brown.
- Add water and bring to a simmer, let cook until vegetables are tender.
- Strain the vegetables, reserving the liquid.
- Blend the vegetables until smooth, adding the reserved liquid until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season with Himalayan salt.
