Cream of Carrot Soup Recipe

  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Heat the ghee in a large pot.
  3. Add the vegetables and sauté on high heat until they start to brown.
  4. Add water and bring to a simmer, let cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Strain the vegetables, reserving the liquid.
  6. Blend the vegetables until smooth, adding the reserved liquid until you reach your desired consistency.
  7. Season with Himalayan salt.
