Budín de banana sin gluten

Ingredientes

  • 3 bananas trituradas

  • 3 cdas. aceite de coco orgánico derretido

  • 60 ml de leche

  • 4 huevos

  • 1/2 taza de harina de coco orgánica

  • 1 cta. canela en polvo

  • 1 cta. de polvo para hornear

Preparación

  • En una licuadora licuar el banano con leche, huevos y aceite de oliva hasta que estén sin grumos.

  • En un recipiente, combinar la harina de coco con el polvo para hornear y canela en polvo

  • Combinar las dos mezclas y dejar reposar durante 5 minutos.

  • Verter la masa en un molde de silicona para pan con papel para hornear a 150 °C durante 50-60 min, hasta que con un palillo para diente insertado en la masa salgo limpio.

  • Dejar enfriar y servir.
