Blue Spirulina smoothie
Blue Spirulina is amazing to naturally color foods and make them more actractive and also nutrious. The flavor of Blue Spirulina is much more mild than Spirulina which is the source of it.
These are the ingredients:
• ½ cup spinach
• Less than a handful of parsley
• ¼ avocado
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina
• Disinfect the parsley and spinach well.
• Once washed, cut into small pieces.
• Mix all the ingredients in a blender or process the food.
• Ready to eat.
