We produce our Organic Nibs in our artisan factory in Antigua Guatemala.
We purchase the beans directly from farmers in Alta Verapaz who grow them organically.
Cacao nibs are the beans of the cacao plant; chocolate in its purest form. They taste like chocolate, but with a mild nutty flavor, and because they haven’t been processed with added sugar, they are slightly bitter. Our cacao nibs are of the highest quality, organic, sun-dried, and raw, meaning they haven’t been roasted, and because of that, all of their natural nutrients have been preserved. We source all of our cacao from small Guatemalan farmers who continue the Mayan tradition of sustainably harvesting cocoa beans.

Los nibs de cacao crudo son ricos en minerales, especialmente hierro y magnesio, vitaminas del grupo B y oligoelementos como zinc, cobre y selenio. Tienen más antioxidantes que el vino tinto, el té verde, las bayas de acaí y los arándanos.
Suggested Use
Cómelos como snack o añádelos a smoothies, tazones de fruta, yogur o postres. También se pueden usar como decoración en platos dulces e incluso salados.
