This recipe is gluten-free. It's a delicious breakfast or a nutritious snack.

Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, mix the sugar, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

  • Add these dry ingredients to the mixture in the first bowl.

  • Add the quinoa and stir to mix well.

  • Incorporate the cranberries and mix carefully so they don't break.

  • Fill the previously greased molds.

  • Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 min.

  • Serve and let cool.
