Kombucha Smoothie with Peanuts and Fruits
Kombucha is an amazing drink due to its beneficial properties. Because of its acidic taste, not everyone loves it. It's a good idea to add it to a blender with other ingredients to change the taste and enjoy its many benefits.
Ingredients:
• 1 glass of Kombucha tea
• 6 redberries
• 1 piece of chopped peach
• 1 banana
• One tablespoon of peanuts
Procedure.
• Blend all ingredients in a
blender.
• Serve the smoothie with ice cubes.
