Almond flour pancakes
These pancakes are delicious and the perfect breakfast to share with family and friends on weekends.
Ingredients

200 g of organic almond flour

50 g of butter or ghee

100 ml of almond milk

2 eggs

1 tsp. of baking powder
Preparation

Mix the almond flour, egg, baking powder, melted butter, and milk until the batter is consistent and smooth.

Heat a pan and pour in the pancake batter.

Cook the pancakes until small bubbles appear on their surface. Then flip them to cook on both sides.

Serve with your favorite fruit.
