Coconut flour crepes
This recipe is Gluten-Free. Like all our recipes, it is healthy, simple to make, nutritious, and low-cost.
These are the ingredients:

1 egg.

1 tsp. of coconut oil.

2 tbsp. of coconut flour.

1/2 cup of skim milk.

1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
Preparation

Blend all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Heat a frying pan with the oil.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread it well over the entire surface of the pan to form the crepe, let it brown for a few minutes.

Serve and fill with whatever you prefer.
