Gluten-free crackers
This is this week's gluten-free recipe.
Ingredients:

180 g almond flour

1 beaten egg

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF).

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

Place the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and cover it with another sheet of parchment paper.

Using a rolling pin (rolling it over the top sheet), spread the dough until it forms a thin sheet.

Remove the top sheet and pre-cut the sheet into square or rectangular crackers, using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Only make cuts in the sheet, do not separate the crackers.

Transfer the parchment paper with the sheet to a baking tray. Bake for approx. 15 minutes, although it will depend on the thickness. They should be golden, but not toasted.

Let cool for a few minutes and finish cutting the crackers by hand along the pre-cut marks.
