Coliflor horneada a la curcuma - Yogi Super Foods

Turmeric baked cauliflower

This vegan dish is quite simple to prepare, it is also delicious and very nutritious. It is gluten-free and we invite you to use organic or at least natural ingredients.

These are the ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower.

  • 1 tsp organic turmeric.

  • Garlic powder to taste.

  • ¾ cup green beans.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil.

  • Himalayan pink salt to taste.

  • Pepper to taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Wash the cauliflower, cut it into medium florets and place them in a bowl.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and mix well, add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly to coat all the florets.

  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.
