Turmeric baked cauliflower
This vegan dish is quite simple to prepare, it is also delicious and very nutritious. It is gluten-free and we invite you to use organic or at least natural ingredients.
These are the ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower.

1 tsp organic turmeric.

Garlic powder to taste.

¾ cup green beans.

2 tbsp olive oil.

Himalayan pink salt to taste.

Pepper to taste.
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the cauliflower, cut it into medium florets and place them in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and mix well, add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly to coat all the florets.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
