Gluten-free banana bread
Ingredients

3 mashed bananas

3 tbsp. organic coconut oil, melted

60 ml milk

4 eggs

1/2 cup organic coconut flour

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a blender, blend the banana with milk, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.

In a bowl, combine the coconut flour with baking powder and ground cinnamon.

Combine the two mixtures and let rest for 5 minutes.

Pour the batter into a silicone loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 150 °C for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
