Blue Spirulina smoothie
Blue Spirulina is amazing to naturally color foods and make them more attractive and also nutritious. The flavor of Blue Spirulina is much milder than Spirulina, which is its source.
These are the ingredients:
• ½ cup spinach
• Less than a handful of parsley
• ¼ avocado
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina
Procedure.
• Thoroughly disinfect the parsley and spinach.
• Once washed, cut into small pieces.
• Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
• Ready to eat.
