Helado de plátano y albahaca con bayas de goji
Delicious gluten-free and vegan ice cream.
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas
• ¼ cup of almond milk
• ½ cup basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons of goji berries
• 1 tablespoon natural sweetener
Procedure:
• Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, place them in a bowl, and freeze them until solid.
• Remove them from the freezer and place them in a blender with the non-dairy milk. Blend well until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
• Pour half of the mixture into a bowl, add the goji berries, and set aside.
• Add the basil and sweetener to the other half still in the blender and blend well.
• Pour this last mixture into another bowl.
• Take an ice cream mold and pour the mint mixture until half the mold is filled. Freeze until solid (approximately 30 min).
• Once the mint ice cream is solid, fill the rest of the mold with the banana mixture and return it to the freezer.
• To unmold, it is advisable to run the mold under hot water so that the ice cream detaches from the mold walls.
• Done. Enjoy these magnificent natural ice creams full of flavor!
