Vegan Caesar dressing
This dressing is Vegan and Gluten-Free. It is perfect for seasoning pasta, salads, and rice dishes.
Ingredients

125g tofu

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

3 tsp. nutritional yeast

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 pinch ground black pepper

1 pinch Himalayan salt.
Preparation

Drain and dry the tofu with a cloth napkin.

Place the tofu, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve the dressing on salads, sandwiches, or with vegetable sticks.
