They taste like chocolate, but with a mild nutty flavor, and because they haven’t been processed with added sugar, they are slightly bitter. Our cacao nibs are of the highest quality, organic, sun-dried, and raw, meaning they haven’t been roasted, and because of that, all of their natural nutrients have been preserved.
